All information given may be used by St Helens Music Network CIC and shared with any of the organisations that St Helens Music Network CIC reports to for funding and output purposes. Statistical analysis of this information may be shared with other third parties but no personal details will be shared.

The following information will appear on your member profile on the public part of the music-net website:

• Your username
• Your location (optional)
• Your website address (optional)
• Your myspace/facebook/blog site address (optional)
• Links to your recent forum posts

All other information on your member profile will not appear on the public part of the music-net website.

Members are responsible for keeping their own information up to date and for notifying St Helens Music Network CIC immediately if they wish to cancel their membership, in which case all electronic records will be deleted.

2. To allow St Helens Music Network CIC to contact you

• Where post, phone or email information is provided, St Helens Music Network CIC may contact you by any or all of these means.
• St Helens Music Network CIC will not pass on or sell any mailing list to third parties, all correspondence will be sent via St Helens Music Network CIC.
• Members are responsible for notifying St Helens Music Network CIC immediately if they no long wish to be included on any mailing list.
• St Helens Music Network CIC reserve the right to contact members with important information regarding their membership even if they have opted out of any mailing lists.
