We had our final practice for this year on tuesday - thank you to everyone who managed to come along to the session. And a huge thank you to all carers and singers who have contributed over the last few weeks.

We're pleased with the song we've developed. We'd like to go into the recording studio with it in the New Year to record it properly.

The idea for the Carers Complaints Choir came from the many Complaints Choirs all over the world. We applied to Halton & St Helens PCT who gave us a Bright Ideas Grant to take it forward.

We've done it slowly and gradually. We understand that carers don't have much time - and people are definitely very anxious about singing! But the carers came forward with lots of fantastic words. We're hoping to put these together into a leaflet so that everyone can see them all.

Jez Kerr put all the different words together to make one song. We've had many different people attending the sessions over the weeks - thank you to everyone who has been involved in any way.
