They are pretty forward thinking as my boys are currently having electric guitar lessons there! (They wanted drum lessons, but I dont want them messin' with my kit!!)
I've contacted Billinge St.Aidans and they are very interested
indeed.
They will be in touch next week when the Head and the Music teacher are back in school.
Oh well - late news from Guinness means that someone has now succeeded in registering a tambourine event before us so we won't be making an attempt on this record.
Disappointment all round - and frustration at Guinness's process - but these things happen.
Apologies to everyone who has supported this idea - thank you to Ian for his enthusiasm in setting us off with it - and hopefully we'll be back with something bigger and better.
